Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is well-packaged and properly addressed to prevent any damage during the return shipping process.

In your email, provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once we receive your email, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.
Refund Method: We only process store credit for returned items. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a store credit that can be used for future purchases on our website.
Lost or Damaged Packages: SO Refined Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, or size, please return the original item and place a new order.
